In the fourth quarter of 2025, the U.S. International Trade Administration (ITA) announced several antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) determinations, as well as the initiation of investigations. The following AD and CVD investigations were initiated:

• AD and CVD investigations of chromium trioxide from India and Türkiye 

Preliminary determinations were published for the following:

• AD investigation of steel concrete reinforcing bar from Algeria
• AD investigation of polypropylene corrugated boxes from Vietnam
• AD investigation of monomers and oligomers from Korea

A final determination was published for the following AD and CVD cases:

• AD and CV investigations of paper file folders from Cambodia
• AD and CVD investigations of hard empty capsules from Brazil, China, India, and Vietnam
