On June 27, 2022, in Proclamation on Increasing Duties on Certain Articles from the Russian Federation (Russia), U.S. President Joseph Biden announced that the column 2 rates of duty on certain products from Russia will be increased to 35% ad valorem. The increased duty will be effective July 27, 2022. A list of affected products will be published in the Federal Register Notice.
