OFAC Launches Voluntary Self-Disclosure Portal

On February 6, 2026, the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) announced the launch of its new Voluntary Self-Disclosure Portal (Portal). 

According to the bulletin, the Portal "provides a streamlined, secure method for submitting voluntary self-disclosures of potential violations of OFAC-administered sanctions programs," and "aims to increase efficiency and transparency" for the voluntary-self-disclosure process.
