Next Customs Broker Exam is Monday, April 1, 2013

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (Customs, CBP) has posted a notice to its website announcing the April 2013 Customs Broker License Examination. Customs stated that the exam will be held on Monday, April 1, 2013 at various locations throughout the United States.  Applications to take the exam will be accepted starting on Monday, January 28, are due on or before Thursday, February 28, 2013.

All applicants must register for the exam online, and a fee of $200.00 will be due at the time of the application. Credit or debit cards are the only accepted form of payment. Applications submitted directly to the service port or CBP Headquarters will not be accepted, and will be returned.

Details on the examination specifics will be posted on CBP's website in the upcoming weeks.
