CBP to Hold Software Developer Meeting on ACE

On December 12, 2014, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) # 14-000639 announcing their holding of a Software Developer Technical Session to discuss programming changes for the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) in Washington D.C. on March 3-4, 2015.

According to the CSMS, “Topics will include operational and technical changes related to Entry Summary Accounts and Revenue (ESAR), Cargo Release (including the PGA Message Set), Export Manifest Processing, and other functionality related to the May 1, 2015 mandatory date for filing all electronic export and import manifests in ACE and the November 1, 2015 mandatory date for filing all entries and associated entry summary filings in ACE.”

Attendance is free of charge, but registration is encouraged.
