CBP Houston to Hold Trade Day

On October 10, 2014, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #14-000544 announcing their holding of a trade day in Houston, Texas, on November 5, 2014.

According to the CSMS, “CBP has invited government agencies that regulate international trade to participate in this event. The event will provide members of the trade community the opportunity to speak one-on-one with representatives of federal agencies involved with imports and exports.”

    • Import Specialist Branch
    • Cargo Branch
    • Drawback Branch
    • Global Entry
  • Petroleum, Natural Gas and Minerals Center of Excellence and Expertise (CEE)
  • Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT)
  • ABI Client Representatives
  • Regulatory Audit
  • Laboratories and Scientific Services
  • U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations (ICE HSI)
  • U.S. Coast Guard (USCG)
  • U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)
  • Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
  • Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)
  • Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
