In a Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on June 10, 2025, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) National Commodity Specialist Division (NCSD) announced the schedule for June’s commodity-specific webinars.
Each webinar will begin at 1:30 p.m. ET and last approximately an hour. The July 2025 webinar schedule is as follows:
- July 1, “Understanding Festive Article Classification”;
- July 8, “Overview of Activated Carbon”;
- July 15, “Skincare vs. Medicaments”;
- July 17, “Trends in Classifying Coated Fabrics”;
- July 23, “An Overview of Novelty Hats and Other Headgear”;
- July 29, “Flying the Friendly Skies in Drone and other Aircraft”; and
- July 31, “Industrial Controls Part 3.”
