In an update to the trade published on July 14, 2026, the Office of Trade’s National Commodity Specialist Division (NCSD) announced their scheduled webinars for August 2026.
The following NCSD webinars are scheduled and will be held at 1:30 p.m. eastern time on their respective dates:

- August 11, “Innovations in Handbags, Travel Bags and Luggage.”
- August 13, “Women’s Suits and Ensembles.”
- August 14, “The Classification of Steel Bars and Rods in Chapter 72.”
- August 26, “Mattresses and Cushions: Hybrids and More of Heading 9404.”
- August 27, “Counter-Balance: Surfaces of Chapters 68 and 70.”
- August 28, “Wadding, Gauze, Bandages and Similar Articles.”
