MTB Petition Submission Opens October 11th

On October 11, 2019, the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) will open the portal for Miscellaneous Tariff Bill (MTB) petition submissions. 

An MTB reduces or suspends tariffs on certain products temporarily.  These can be requested through the petition process which includes a public comment period and a USITC review.

The portal will remain open for submissions until December 10, 2019.  The public comment period on submissions will be announced in a Federal Register notice in January 2020.
