In an update published on June 20, 2025, the Mexican Ministry of Economy announced an extension of the enforcement date of the Export Automatic Notice from July 7, 2025, to August 11, 2025.

This updated communication also exempts the requirement for 25 statistical breakouts out of 30 that were initially published in the Diario Oficial on June 3, 2025. The remaining goods still subject to comply with the Export Automatic Notice are turbojets, air compressors, parts of electric motors, generators and converters, Transformers with capacity exceeding 10,000 KVA and Optical fiber cables.
