Mexico Requests Comments on USMCA Framework

In a notice published on September 17, 2025, the Mexican Ministry of Economy announced in the Diario Oficial an invitation for interested parties to submit information, comments, or recommendations regarding the operation of the Treaty between Mexico, the United States, and Canada (USMCA).

Comments, recommendations and other information can be submitted via hard copy to the address specified in the announcement. Electronic submissions can be sent through email to consultas.tmec@economia.gob.mx or though this website: http://www.buzontmec.economia.gob.mx.

This comment period is open for 60 days after the date of publication.
