Mexico Publishes Preliminary Ruling on Countervailing Duties

On May 14, 2021, in the Diario Oficial, the Mexican Ministry of Economy published a preliminary ruling on an administrative anti-dumping investigation on imports of texturized textile filament polyester originating in the People`s Republic of China and the Republic of India. The publication concluded that the investigation continues with no determination of a provisional countervailing duty applied to goods classified in statistical breakout 5402.33.01.

The ruling entered into force May 15, 2021.
