On August 5, 2021, Mexico’s Ministry of Economy published Bulletin B. SNICE 014/2021 in the Foreign Trade National Information Service portal. The bulletin contains the official format for issuing Emerging Certificates of Origin under the Latin American Integration Association (ALADI) framework to ensure consistent compliance with the form requirements.
