Posted by Arturo González on 4/1/26 5:00 PM

In a resolution published on March 30, 2026, the Mexican Revenue Administration Service (SAT) announced that the deadline for the entry into force of the Electronic Value Declaration (MVE) is extended to June 1, 2026.

MVE will be implemented through the Single Window for Foreign Trade (VUCEM), and this extension is to allow importers more time to comply with this obligation.
