Mexico Changes Implementation Date of the Electronic Value Manifest

In a communication published on June 2, 2026, the Mexican Revenue Administration Service (SAT) and the National Customs Administration (ANAM) announced that the Electronic Value Manifest requirement that was scheduled to enter into force on June 1, 2026, has been delayed to August 1, 2026.

The communication from SAT was published as the first anticipated version of the Second Ruling of Modifications made to the General Foreign Trade Rules for 2026, while ANAM’s was published as a joint communication on their website.
