Mexico Begins Enforcement of Complemento Carta de Porte 3.0 in 2024

The Revenue Administration Service (SAT) of Mexico announced that the transition period for version 3.0 of Complemento Carta de Porte (CCP) is closing at the end of 2023. The requirements of CCP 3.0 apply to all modes of transportation and supports the movement of goods within Mexico and provides temporary legal custody to carriers.

Starting January 1, 2024, companies must be using CCP 3.0 to be in compliance and not face penalties.
