In March of 2026, the U.S. International Trade Administration (ITA) announced several antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) determinations, as well as the initiation of investigations. Preliminary determinations were published for the following:
- Affirmative determination in the AD investigation of L-lysine (lysine) from the People’s Republic of China (China).
- Affirmative determination in the CVD investigation of unwrought palladium from the Russian Federation (Russia).
- Affirmative determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of steel concrete reinforcing bar from Bulgaria, Egypt, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam).
- Affirmative determination in the CVD investigation of high purity dissolving pulp from Brazil.
- Affirmative determinations in the AD investigations of oleoresin paprika from India.
The following AD and CVD investigations were initiated:
- AD and CVD investigations of large diameter graphite electrodes (large graphite electrodes) from China and India.
Final determinations were published for the following AD and CVD cases:
- Affirmative determination in the AD investigation of steel concrete reinforcing bar from Algeria.
- Affirmative determination in the CVD investigation of steel concrete reinforcing bar from Algeria.
- Affirmative determinations in the AD and CVD investigations of temporary steel fencing from China.
- Affirmative determinations in the AD investigation of Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate from China.
