Forced Labor Task Force Publishes Update to UFLPA Strategy

In a press release published on August 19, 2025, The Forced Labor Enforcement Task Force (FLETF) published its annual update to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (ULFPA) Strategy to Prevent the importation of Goods Mined, Produced, or Manufactured with Forced Labor in the People’s Republic of China (UFLPA Strategy).

This yearly report to Congress is a “comprehensive description and evaluation” that reviews the entity list, products that are produced by those entities, a plan for identifying additional entities, and enforcement plans for high priority sectors.
