February and March 2022 Antidumping and Countervailing Duties (AD/CVD) Updates

In February and March 2022, the U.S. International Trade Administration (ITA) announced several antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) initiations, determinations, and reviews. Details on these cases, including affected HTS numbers, can be found in the official notices linked below.

Investigations were initiated for:

Preliminary affirmative determinations were made for:

  • Certain Freight Rail Coupler Systems and Components from China for AD and CVD; and
  • Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) from Russia.

A preliminary negative determination was made for:

Final affirmative determinations were made for:

  • Mobile Access Equipment and Parts Thereof from China;
  • Organic Soybean Meal from India; and
  • Certain Walk-Behind Snow Throwers and Parts Thereof from China.
