Antidumping and countervailing investigations were initiated for:
- Certain Paper Plates from the People’s Republic of China (China), Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam).
Preliminary affirmative antidumping duty determinations were made for:
- Mattresses from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burma, India, Italy, Kosovo, Mexico, the Philippines, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, and Taiwan.
- Certain pea protein from the People’s Republic of China (China).
Preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determinations were made for:
- Aluminum Lithographic Printing Plates from the People’s Republic of China (China)
