EPA Announces Electronic TSCA Export Notification Option

Posted by Kelsay Calvaruso on 6/22/21 5:00 PM

On June 14, 2021, in a Federal Register Notice (FRN), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced that an electronic option is now available for submitting export notifications required under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The electronic notifications can be submitted through EPA’s Central Data Exchange (CDX). This change is to “streamline and reduce the administrative costs and burdens associated with submitting paper-based export notifications for both the submitters and the Agency.”

Electronic export notifications can be submitted as of June 14, 2021.
