In a Federal Register Notice (FRN) published on October 29, 2026, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the addition of three companies to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List.

The three companies, located in the Xinjiang region of China, are accused of recruiting, transporting, transferring, harboring, or receiving forced labor. With these additions, the UFLPA Entity List now includes 190 entities.

Effective October 29, 2026, goods produced from these companies are prohibited from entering the United States unless the importer can demonstrate that the merchandise was not produced with forced labor.
