DHS Adds Four Textile Companies to UFLPA Entity List

In a press release published on October 31, 2024, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced four textile companies based in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) would be added to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List.

These additions bring the total number of entities on the UFLPA Entity List to 78.

Goods from these two entities will be prohibited from entering the United States on or after November 1, 2024.
