Customs Broker Triennial Status Report and Fee Submission Begins December 18, 2023

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that the submission period for the 2024 Customs Broker Triennial Status Report and the fee for licensed customs brokers opens December 18, 2023.

All licensed brokers are required to file a status report with CBP and pay a processing fee every three years. CBP is allowing electronic report submission and payment via their site: e.cbp.dhs.gov. The deadline to submit the 2024 Triennial Status Report and fee is February 29, 2024.
