Customs Broker Triennial Status Report and Fee Due February 28, 2021

On February 17, 2021, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #46277875, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued a reminder that the submission period for the 2021 Customs Broker Triennial Status Report and the fee for licensed customs brokers ends February 28, 2021.

All licensed brokers are required to file a status report with CBP and pay a processing fee every three years. CBP is allowing electronic report submission and payment via their new site: e.cbp.dhs.gov.
