Costa Rica Establishes Technical Note Number Requirement

On August 4, 2020, Costa Rican Customs published Ruling RES-DGA-368-2020. In this ruling, a compliance requirement of 3 technical note numbers, 0369, 0370, and 0387, was established for each of the following subheadings covering several electric cables and wires: 7413.00, 7614.10, 7614.90, 8544.42, 8544.49, and 8544.60. This requirement is applicable for national producers and importers. It entered into force on September 4, 2020.
