Commerce Publishes Q1 2023 List of AD/CVD Scope Rulings and Circumvention Determinations

In a Federal Register Notice (FRN) on May 22, 2023, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published a list of Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duty (AD/CVD) scope rulings and circumvention determinations made during the first quarter of 2023.

The rulings include cases:

  • A–201–853 and C–201–854: Standard Steel Welded Wire Mesh From Mexico;
  • A–570–979 and C–570–980: Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells, Whether or Not Assembled Into Modules, From China; and
  • A–570–067 and C–570–068: Forged Steel Fittings From China.
