CIT States IEEPA Refund Order Include Finally Liquidated Entries

In an order published on March 27, 2026, the Court of International Trade (CIT) announced an amendment to its initial International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) refund order to include finally liquidated entries.

The order is still under suspension “to the extent that it requires immediate compliance.”
