China Extends First Round of Product Exclusions for U.S. Origin Goods

On September 14, 2020, the China Tariff Commission announced the extension of its first round of product exclusions on U.S. origin goods. These extensions cover all 16 subheadings in product lists 1 and 2 of the first round of product exclusions, all originally scheduled to expire on September 16, 2020.

These exclusions will be valid for one more year from September 17, 2020, through September 16, 2021.
