In an update to their website on January 16, 2026, U.S. CBP updated their Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFPLA) Statistics page with data for the first quarter of the 2026 Fiscal Year.
During this period shipments with a total value of $69.16 million were flagged for potentially violating the UFLPA. Since 2022, over 18,000 shipments with a value of $3.81 billion have been reviewed.
