In a Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on May 4, 2026, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) reviewed several Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Portal reports to prepare and monitor Consolidated Administration and Processing of Entries (CAPE) declarations.

The Following reports have been released in support of the CAPE tool:

  • ES-022, Cape Entry Summary Report: This report links entry, CAPE declaration, and refund numbers to track the refund process.
  • REV-603, Trade Refund Report: This report can track CAPE declarations with “refund secondary statuses” after the refund is received by the U.S. Department of Treasury.
  • REV-613, ACH Rejected Refunds Report: Provides information on refunds that have been rejected due to incomplete AHC refund enrollment.
  • REV-615, CAPE Details Refunds Report: Provides entry summary data for CAPE declarations sent to the U.S. Department of Treasury.

CBP wants to remind ACE Portal users can save time by scheduling these reports to run automatically and deliver the results to their email.
