CBP Revamps Forced Labor Website

In an update to the trade on October 17, 2024, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced the publication of its revamped forced labor website.

The updated website features a new enforcement page that provides statistics and dashboards related to CBP’s enforcement programs such as the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA), Withhold Release Orders (WRO) and Findings, and Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA).

CBP will continue to update the website with additional information such as user guides, links to government resources, and videos on forced labor topics.
