n May 29, 2015, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #15-000313 announcing the release of Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1503, containing 29,478 ABI records and 5,084 harmonized tariff records.

The CSMS specifies that, “Modifications made include tariff PGA code indicators, added for use with
the PGA message set.  Some of the PGA agencies associated with these indicators are USDA/AMS, EPA, FDA, DOT, NMFS, APHIS and FSIS.”

A raspberry assessment fee was also added to HTS 2008.99.21.20, which will become effective July 1, 2015.
