CBP Makes New Standard Reports Available to ACE Users

On April 18, 2019, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #19-000195, that they have added five new reports for importer and broker Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) account users in the ACE Portal.

The five reports are:

  • ES-008 TIB Expiration Notice – Provides data on type 23 entry summaries;

  • ES-009 Warehouse Entry Summary Alert – Provides data on type 21 and 22 entry summaries that have not liquidated;

  • ES-501 Reconciliation No Files – Provides data on entry summaries flagged for reconciliation;

  • ES-502 Reconciliation Participants – Provides data on accounts that are missing a bond or reconciliation letter, or have been flagged as “N” for the reconciliation participation program;

  • ES-011 Unpaid Entries – Provides a list of entries that have unpaid duty, taxes and fees.

CBP directs additional questions to ace.reports@cbp.dhs.gov.
