CBP Issues Guidance on the Suspension of Section 232 Duties on Ukrainian Steel

On May 31, 2022, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #52047335, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued guidance on the suspension of Section 232 duties on imports of steel and derivative steel articles from Ukraine for one year. The suspension is effective June 1, 2022.
