CBP Issues Guidance on the Suspension Extension of Section 232 Duties on Ukrainian Steel

On June 5, 2023, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #56517371, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued guidance on the extension of the suspension of Section 232 duties on imports of steel and derivative steel articles from Ukraine for another year. The suspension is extended through June 1, 2024.
