On July 17, 2020, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #43400564 and CSMS #43401456, U.S. Border Protection (CBP) issued guidance on the addition and extensions of certain Section 301 List 3 Round 6 product exclusions and on the technical corrections made to certain Section 301 List 4A Round 7 product exclusions. 

The extensions to certain List 3 Round 6 exclusions were announced in Federal Register Notice (FRN) 85 FR 41267, and they will now extend through December 31, 2020.  One addition was made to these Round 6 exclusions in June in FRN 85 FR 38000.  This exclusion is valid from September 24, 2018 through August 7, 2020.

In FRN 85 FR 41658, technical corrections to the exclusions granted under List 4A Round 7 were outlined to accommodate tariff changes.  These exclusions are valid from September 1, 2019 through September 1, 2020.
