CBP Hosting Intellectual Property Rights Webinar

In a Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on May 23, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Office of Trade announced that it is hosting a “How CBP Protects Intellectual Property Rights at the Border” webinar.

This webinar will “introduce CBP’s eRecordation program and how brand owners can work with CBP to prevent importations of infringing goods from entering the United States.”

This free webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 11:30 Eastern Time.
