CBP Hosting Additional Webinars on IEEPA Duty Refunds

In a notice sent out to the trade on April 17, 2026, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that it will host two additional webinars on the Consolidated Administration and Processing of Entries (CAPE) process for requesting refunds of duties imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) through the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Portal. These sessions follow earlier CAPE webinars previously officer by CBP on the same topic.

The webinars will guide participants through the CAPE process, from submitting declarations to receiving electronic refunds. CBP requests that participants register for only one webinar, as both sessions will cover the same content. All registrants will receive an access link; however, attendance will be limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The first webinar will be held on Tuesday, April 21, at 1:00 p.m. ET. The registration link can be found here:
