In a Cargo System Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on February 6, 2026, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)announced that a new report for Section 232 auto credits is now available in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE).

This new standard report is available to ACE users with an importer or broker role to identify entries that were filed with offset license numbers and keep track of the amount of import adjustments offsets claimed for specific license numbers.

CBP reminds the trade that importers and customs brokers “are responsible for ensuring that they do not exceed import adjustment offset amounts granted by the Department of Commerce.”
