CBP Announces Date for Modified Reconciliation, PSC, and Periodic Monthly Statement Tests

In a Federal Register Notice (FRN) published on June 8, 2017 U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced the modifications to the National Customs Automation Program (NCAP) tests for Reconciliation, Post-Summary Corrections (PSC) and Periodic Monthly Statements (PMS) will have an effective date of July 8, 2017.

According to the notice, “CBP has assessed stakeholder readiness for the mandatory transition of post-release capabilities in ACE, including the modifications to the reconciliation [PSC and PSM] test[s] and the transition of reconciliation filings from ACS to ACE.”

  • Reconciliation
  • Post Summary Corrections
  • Periodic Monthly Statement

The effective date for the Reconciliation, Post-Summary Correction, and Periodic Monthly Statement modified tests will be July 8, 2017.
