CBP Announces CSMS user Satisfaction Survey

In a Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on February 9, 2026, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that they are conducting a CSMS user satisfaction survey.

This survey is to provide CBP data on how users engage with CSMS bulletins and to help CBP “determine potential improvements to trade communications.”
