CBP Announces ACE Reports Webinar Series

In a Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on May 8, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that will host a monthly series of four webinars that will review the reports function in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE).

Each webinar will be followed by virtual office hours on the next day for additional support to users with follow-up questions. Information on how to join the webinars will be provided in a future CSMS.

The first webinar is scheduled for Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time and will review how to schedule and email ACE reports. The virtual office hours for this webinar will take place on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 1: 00 p.m. Eastern Time.
