CBP Announce CAPE Webinars for Small Businesses

In an update to the trade send on May 20, 2026, U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Office of Trade Relations announced they were hosting two webinars focused on International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) refunds and Consolidated Administration and Processing of Entries (CAPE) filings for small businesses

On Wednesday, May 20, at 1:00 p.m. ET. CBP will host “IEEPA Duty Refunds for Small Businesses” which will review the process for requesting IEEPA duty refunds. Registration for this webinar can be found here:

On Thursday, May 21, at 1:00 p.m. ET. CBP will host “Reports for CAPE Claims – A Guide for Small Businesses” which will review the CAPE declaration filing process. Registration for this webinar can be found here:
