BIS Announces Virtual Forum on Information Communication Technology Supply Chain

On October 19, 2021, in a Federal Register Notice, the Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) announced a virtual forum to allow the trade community to provide “recommendations to strengthen the resiliency of critical supply chains supporting the U.S. information and communications technology (ICT) industrial base that are at risk of disruption, strain, compromise, or elimination.” Registration for the forum closes at 5:00pm EDT October 27, 2021. The forum will be held October 29, 2021 at 9:00am EDT.
