APHIS Extends Electronic Document Acceptance

On October 2, 2020, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #44293641, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) announced the extension of the interim guidance allowing the electronic submission of veterinary health certificates and phytosanitary certificates through December 31, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
