In a Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on September 11, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that a secure digital payment option for trade users is being deployed to allow users to pay bills online.

This is the first phase of updates to reduce checks for bill payments. This deployment will allow users to pay 10 bills on one form that have their bill numbers that start with 4, 6, or 7.

ACE Collections will deploy the Pay.gov form for bill payments on September 13, 2025.
