2019 Quota Will Open for Solar Cells/Modules, Large Residential Washing Machines and Covered Parts in February

On February 7, 2019, the 2019 quota year for crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells (solar cells/modules), residential washing machines and parts will open according to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announcement in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #19-000033.

CBP directs members of the trade to refer to Quota Bulletins QB 19-111 and QB 19-112 to address rates and quantity thresholds for each year through 2021.
