Eleanor Hospital Logistics is the largest logistics healthcare service provider in southeast London, serving the UK National Health Service (NHS) with innovative supply chain solutions managing critical medical supplies. This critical healthcare logistics company partnered with Expeditors in 2017 to create a Medicine and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) approved facility in a timely and efficient fashion.

Eleanor Hospital Logistics needed a fully operational facility approved to store pharmaceutical fluids and medical devices, serving almost 200 hospital wards, theatres, and critical care areas daily. This project was intended to fill a gap in the market to create a service and system for NHS hospital teams and clinicians to attain the system controls and visibility. Expeditors' involvement would enhance their service, reduce their workload, and take patient safety to another level. During this process, Expeditors executed storage, distribution, receipt, and product delivery against critical timelines. View our case study on our partnership to learn more
