Steven’s career in the world of Supply Chain and Global Logistics started 10 years ago in Quality and Business Processes. During this time he learnt the importance of efficiency within large operational teams, using LEAN fundamentals to drive performance and eliminate waste. From there Steven moved to product as Distribution Manager, where he played a key role in opening up a dedicated DS facility outside of London. After a short stint as an Account Manager, Steven took over the role of Retention & Development Manager for the London district, leading the Account Management team and driving the strategic business development of our existing business.
